We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Since cycling apparel is designed for an aerodynamic fit, we recommend measuring your chest and waist and comparing them to our chart. If you prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up.
What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, padded cycling shorts and bibs must be tried on over clean underwear.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
How should I wash and care for my Cycology apparel?
To preserve technical fabrics and prints, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle using a wash bag. Avoid fabric softeners and always hang to dry; do not tumble dry or iron.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Cycology products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or damage caused by improper care.
